Do we need an AI strategy before we start?+
No. Most organisations start with a discovery call or an AI risk and readiness check, and the strategy comes out of that. We would rather help you get one thing right than write a plan that sits on a shelf.
Will an AI agent send emails or make changes without us knowing?+
Not unless you want it to. Agents start in draft only mode, every action is logged, and they earn more autonomy only as you see them perform.
What do you mean by sovereign AI?+
We mean Australian ownership and control of the infrastructure your AI runs on and your data is processed on. It is a statement about who owns and operates the infrastructure, not a certification or a government approval.
