James Fratantaro

James is the Chief Revenue Officer at AUCyber.

He is responsible for leading the AUCyber’s revenue strategy across connectivity, cloud, and cyber security services. He drives go-to-market execution, customer growth, and the alignment of commercial operations to support scalable, sustainable performance.

James brings over a decade of  telecommunications, infrastructure, and ICT services, with a unique background spanning both field-based network deployment and executive commercial leadership. He began his career in technical and operational roles, progressing through project management and leadership positions within telecommunications and infrastructure delivery environments.

Prior to joining AUCyber, James founded and operated a telecommunications services business specialising in NBN fixed wireless and satellite deployments. In this role, he managed end-to-end service delivery, including project execution, customer engagement, scheduling, and commercial operations, building a strong foundation in network infrastructure and customer outcomes.

This combination of hands-on technical expertise and commercial leadership underpins James’ ability to align product, delivery, and revenue functions. At AUCyber, he is focused on optimising revenue performance, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the continued growth and integration of the AUCyber’s ICT and cyber security portfolio.
