Chris Demase

Chris is the Executive General Manager, Operations at AUCyber.

Chris Demase brings over 15 years of strategic and operational leadership experience across telecommunications, technology, and managed services. As Executive General Manager, Operations, Chris is responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, customer experience, and large-scale transformation initiatives that support the organisation’s mission to deliver secure, high-performance technology outcomes.

Before joining AUCyber, Chris served as General Manager of Fibre Deployment at Skybridge Group, overseeing national NBN fibre rollout programs that delivered to over 15,000 end-user premises and managed a workforce of more than 1,100 field contractors.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is certified in PRINCE2 Project Management. He brings to AUCyber a deep operational acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for building resilient, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
