Kieran Donovan

Kieran is the Chief Financial Officer at AUCyber.

Kieran is responsible for leading AUCyber’s financial strategy, governance and operations. As CFO, he plays a key role in supporting the executive team and board to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen financial resilience, and enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

Prior to joining AUCyber, Kieran held senior finance leadership roles where he led automation projects, improved forecasting and cash conversion cycles, and supported major initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

With expertise across IFRS, UK, AU and US GAAP, Kieran combines technical rigour with commercial insight. He is highly regarded for his ability to balance compliance with growth ambitions, maintain strong investor and funding relationships, and build scalable finance functions capable of thriving in dynamic markets.
