Shane Miller

Shane is the Executive Manager of Information Security Services at AUCyber.

As Executive Manager of Information Security Services, Shane leads both the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function and the Security Operations Centre (SOC), delivering critical security services and operational oversight to clients across a range of sectors.

With a background in IT and legal technology, Shane began his career in legal software design working with electronic conveyancing systems in Australia. During this time, he witnessed first-hand the rise of cyber threats, including multiple instances of fraud and ransomware – experiences that shaped his transition into the cyber security sector.

Since then, Shane has scaled key cyber capabilities, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), SOC services and advisory consulting. His blend of technical, legal and operational experience positions him as a trusted leader in supporting businesses and government entities to strengthen their cyber resilience and meet compliance requirements.
