AUCloud announces completion of PCG Cyber, Venn IT and Arado acquisitions.
AUCloud (ASX: SOV) has successfully concluded the acquisition of three strategically aligned businesses, marking a significant expansion of its national cyber security, cloud and managed service capabilities.
The acquisitions, previously announced on 18 March 2024, include:
- PCG Cyber — A cyber security consultancy firm specialising in Australian Government security advice and operations.
- Venn IT — A Managed Service Provider (MSP) and professional consulting business, renowned for its expertise in data resilience & backup protection across multiple private enterprise and government sectors.
- Arado — A cloud and managed services provider with a reputation of serving state and local government and enterprises customers across diverse sectors.
In an announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange, AUCloud CEO and Managing Director Peter Maloney highlighted the strategic significance of the acquisitions.
“This growth initiative broadens AUCloud’s range of products and services, revenue streams and geographical reach,” Mr Maloney said.
“It represents the combination of distinctive technologies, skills and the expertise of highly experienced providers into AUCloud’s operations. This strategic move bolsters AUCloud’s capacity to provide comprehensive cyber security, secure cloud solutions, consulting and managed services, meeting the increasing demands of Australian organisations and governments.”
