Nathan Legg

Nathan is the Chief Financial Officer at AUCyber.

Nathan is a finance professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sector. He has held a number of leadership positions across financial planning, commercial finance, and corporate reporting, supporting business growth, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.

He has previously served in various roles at Webcentral, including FP&A Manager and Commercial Finance Manager, where he was responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, cash-flow management, and supporting executive leadership on commercial and operational initiatives. He also played a key role in the sale of the Webcentral business in 2023. He then continued with the carved-out business as Head of Finance and executed a successful transition into World Host Group.

Nathan’s background spans audit, mergers and acquisitions, and FP&A, complemented by experience in corporate governance and compliance responsibilities. Known for building and leading high-performing teams, he brings both strategic insight and commercial knowledge to the role.
